Your sessions may include a mix of equipment such as free weights, resistance bands, dumbbells, and kettlebells — all chosen to help you train safely and effectively.

My approach blends a variety of traditional training styles as well as a hybrid format option, which can include HIIT, resistance training, circuit workouts, even some Hyrox-inspired sessions, Pilates, and elements of CrossFit as well as traditional personal training. This dynamic combination is designed to improve your strength, mobility, endurance, and overall cardiovascular fitness — keeping your workouts engaging, balanced, and results-driven.

My path into the fitness industry wasn’t traditional - but it was absolutely the right one. Before becoming a certified Personal Trainer, I spent over 20 years working in Media and Publishing as an Art Director. During that time, I had the privilege of working on some of the industry’s most well-known titles, including GlamourConde Nast Traveller Middle East, You & Your WeddingCosmoBrideBridesTatlerHouse & GardenJ17, and CosmoGirl!.

While I loved the creativity of my previous career, I had always been passionate about health and fitness. It was a constant in my life - a way to stay balanced, energised, and connected to myself. Eventually, I made the decision to turn that personal passion into a professional path.

Today, I bring the same creativity, attention to detail, and dedication from my media career into my work as a Personal Trainer. My goal is to help others feel stronger, more confident, and empowered through movement - no matter their starting point.
