Sabina adapts the workouts each time to our individual needs, any injuries we may have or any goals we are working towards. We really enjoy that each session is different as it keeps things interesting and Sabina always takes the time to explain what each exercise is doing, which muscles it’s targeting and ensures that we are doing the correct form.
