I'm a Premier Global NASM Certified Personal Trainer based in Kimpton, Hertfordshire with 7+ years of experience in training my clients to get in shape. Whether your goals are losing weight, getting in shape or you’re brand new to fitness, I want to help you achieve your goals! Are you looking to get fit and tone up, build muscle, or do you just want to look and feel great? A little bit about me… Following an unconventional journey into fitness, before becoming a Personal Trainer, my previous career was in Media and Publishing working as an Art Director for over 15 years. I have worked on the following magazines: Glamour, Conde Nast Traveller Middle East, You & You Wedding, CosmoBride, Brides, Tatler, House & Garden, as well as Teen magazines J17 & CosmoGirl!. I've always been interested in health & fitness in my spare time so it was a natural transition to turn my attention to something I was already very passionate about. Let me guide and support you every step of the way, and motivate you to become the best version of you in a friendly and nurturing environment.
